CHUPE DE LOCOS

A classic of Chilean gastronomy and one of our favorite dishes among Chilean people. Traditionally baked in a earthenware bowl chupe de locos is a stew or casserole of abalone meat, mixed with shredded bread, cream, spices and cheese. As we mention before, this sea snail or abalone called loco is very tasty which makes this dish just incredible.
